Edward Anthony Masen Cullen is a fictional character in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Series. He is featured in the books Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, as well as the Twilight films, and the as yet unfinished novel Midnight Sun. Edward is a vampire who, over the course of the series, falls in love with, marries, and has a child with Bella, a human teenager who later chooses to become a vampire as well. In the in the film series, Edward is played by actor Robert Pattinson.
Isabella Marie Swan Cullen (Preffered name- Bella) is the main character of the Twilight Series. All the books are mainly in point of view. She moves to the city of Forks to live with her dad, Charlie Swan. She meets Edward Cullen and falls in love. In New Moon, Edward leaves and Bella meets an old friend Jacob Black (werewolf). Edward comes back and Bella and him get married. They have a hybrid daughter together. Bella is changed into a vampire.
Alice Cullen, born in 1901 as Mary Alice Brandon, is a precognitive vampire and member of the Olympic Coven. She is a soulmate of Jasper Hale, the adopted daughter of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, the adoptive sister of Emmett and Edward Cullen, and of Rosalie Hale. Alice is also the adoptive sister-in-law of Bella Cullen and the adoptive aunt of Renesmee Cullen. She also has a biological sister, Cynthia Brandon, who remained human and has passed away, and a niece, Cynthia's daughter, still living in Biloxi.
Jasper Hale (born Jasper Whitlock in 1844, in Houston, Texas) is one of the few surviving vampires of the Southern vampire wars, who later joined the Olympic Coven. He is the husband and soul mate of Alice Cullen and the adoptive son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, as well as the adoptive brother of Rosalie Hale (in Forks, he and Rosalie pretend to be twins), Emmett and Edward Cullen. Jasper is also the adoptive brother-in-law of Bella Cullen and the adoptive uncle of Renesmee Cullen.

Rosalie is the adoptive sister-in-law of Bella Swan and adoptive aunt of Renesmee Cullen, as well as the ex-fiancée of Royce King.

She is the wife of Carlisle Cullen and the adoptive mother of Alice, Emmett, Edward, Rosalie and Jasper. Esme is also the adoptive mother-in-law of Bella Cullen and the adoptive grandmother of Renesmee Cullen, as well as the ex-wife of Charles Evenson.
Carlisle Cullen ,born in 1643 in London, England, is a vampire and the founder and leader of the Olympic Coven. He is the second husband of Esme Cullen and the adoptive father of Emmett, Alice, Edward Cullen, and Jasper and Rosalie Hale. He is also the adoptive father-in-law of Bella Swan and adoptive grandfather of Renesmee Cullen
Born on September 10, 2006, Renesmee Carlie Cullen (pronounced Ruh-NEZ-may) is a half-vampire and half-human hybrid member of the Olympic Coven. She is the biological daughter of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, and the imprintee of Jacob Black. On the paternal side, Renesmee's biological grandparents are Edward and Elizabeth Masen, while on the maternal, they are Charlie Swan and Renée Dwyer. She is also the adoptive granddaughter of Carlisle and Esme Cullen and the adoptive niece of Jasper and Rosalie Hale and Alice and Emmett Cullen.

Jacob Black is a La Push shape-shifter or "werewolf", second in command of Sam Uley's Pack, and later Alpha of his own. He is a Quileute Native American. In Twilight he is fifteen years old, and in New Moon he phases into a wolf for the first time at the age of sixteen. In Breaking Dawn, he imprints on the hybrid baby named Renesmee Cullen, the daughter of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
